eing inducted into the Mercy Health Honour Roll of Women and being presented with this certificate at last year’s Mother’s Day Fundraiser Luncheon was a wonderful surprise. Receiving this recognition from the NICU team and the hospital community I support as a volunteer, ambassador, and advocate was incredibly meaningful. To receive it from the NICU team who saved our son’s life, there are truly no adequate words to describe how that felt.

Mercy Health marks International Women’s Day by announcing the annual inductees to their Honour Roll of Women, celebrating leaders and changemakers who inspire, lead, and make a difference. Their commitment to hashtag#BalanceTheScales is something I’m proud to be associated with.

Being included in Honour Roll of Women is a humbling recognition, and I’m grateful to the NICU team and Mercy Health for this incredible honour and everything else they have done for our family and countless others.
