Celebrating our NICU's Milk Bank Anniversary

 

NICU Cheer founder Maddie was proud to donate her breast-milk to the Mercy Hospital for Women Milk Bank during and after son Ashton's NICU stay. The Milk Bank is an initiative started by Ashton's lead Neonatologist Dr Gillian Opie whom we respect (and adore) so it was an absolute honour to celebrate the Milk Bank's 10 year anniversary in March 2021 and to chat to ABC news about why the Milk Bank is such a vital service for our little NICU warriors.
